Participation condition: 1、凡认可本规程的国内外信鸽爱好者均可参赛。 1. All racing pigeon lovers both from home and abroad, who agree with the Rules, can participate in the competition. 2、所送参赛鸽必须是28~40天龄的赛鸽,必须佩带一枚中鸽协或所在国(地区)统一的2008年足环。 2. Participating pigeons shall be at the age of 28-40 days, banded with foot ring 2008 provided by Chinese Racing Pigeon Association or foreign countries and regions. 3、参赛鸽友必须提供详细家庭住址、电话等联系方法，以便我们及时为您提供信息服务。 3. All participation pigeon fanciers must provide detailed contact modes like home address and telephone, etc, so that we can offer you information and service in time. 二、参赛费用、交鸽时间及地点： Ⅱ. Participation fees, delivery time and place 1、每羽参赛费人民币1000元，境外参赛鸽每羽150美元。 1. Charge 1,000 Yuan for each pigeon, 150 dollars for each foreign pigeon. 2、交鸽时间：2008年3月1日——6月31日（节假日不休息）。 2. Delivery time: March 1st ---June 31st, 2008 (including holidays). 3、交鸽时必须首付一羽参赛费1000元。每10羽为一组，每组可另送一羽预备鸽。 3. 1,000-Yuan participation fees for each pigeon must be paid at the time of delivery. Every team has 10 pigeons and one spare one. 4、为了维护鸽友的利益60公里归巢为清棚交费依据，在一周内必须交清所有余款。过期的作弃权处理。如60公里归巢为清棚时万一有极个别鸽友的参赛鸽全部死亡或游棚，如数退还首付的一羽参赛费1000元。 4. In order to keep the interests of pigeon fanciers, fees shall be charged when the pigeon baskets from 60 km away and the rest of the fees must be paid within one week. Overdue payment will be regarded as abdication. At the collecting time for 60 km, if all pigeons of one owner died or lost, the 1,000-Yuan participation fees will be refunded to the owner wholly. 5、交鸽地点: 5. Pigeon fanciers from other places or foreign countries can deliver the pigeon to Yangzhou Long-distance Passenger-transport Bus Station or Yangzhou Railway Station. Pigeons through planes can be delivered to Shanghai Pudong International Airport or Nanjing Lukou International Airport. Please contact us in time for receiving pigeons at delivery. 三、竞赛规程： Ⅲ. Competion rules: 1、严格执行中鸽协最新审定的《信鸽竞赛规则与裁判法》。 1. The Racing Pigeon Rules and Judging Law, newly authorized by Chinese Racing Pigeon Association, will be implemented strictly. 2、比赛前将进行10~12次训放。 2. We will run off 10 to 12 training flights prior to preliminary race. 3、清棚、预赛、决赛将由市鸽协委派裁判负责监督执行。赛鸽使用电子扫描系统自动显示排名。 3. Loft-checking, preliminary contest and final contest will be carried out under the supervision of the judgers sent by Yangzhou Pigeon Association. During the competition, electronic timing system provided with automatic display and ranking will be adopted. 4、决赛有效报到期为放出当日至次日17:30止。如归巢获名次未满剩余名次奖金由获奖鸽均分。如有效期内无鸽归巢则奖金由决赛鸽均分。 4. The valid ranking subjects to from sending date to 17:30 of the next day. If the ranking of homing pigeons is not full, prize of other rankings shall be equally allocated by winning pigeons. If there is no homing pigeon within the valid date, the prize shall be equally allocated by participation pigeons. 四、竞赛项目、录取名次和奖励办法： Ⅳ. Competition items, ranking and prize: 设预赛、决赛、团体、综合名次和指定鸽赛 There will be preliminary race, final race, team race, comprehensive ranking and appointed pigeon race 1、预赛：录取前100名，冠军10000元，亚军6000元，季军4000元，4~10名各2000元，11~100名各1000元。1~10名另获奖杯一樽。 1. Preliminary race: the first 100 pigeons will be enrolled, 10,000 Yuan prize for champion, 6,000 Yuan for the runner-up, 4,000 Yuan for the third place, 2,000 Yuan for 4-10 place each, 1,000 Yuan for 11-100 place each. For the first 10 winners shall be issued a cup. 2、决赛：有效报到期取300名，冠军100000元，亚军60000元，季军40000元，4~10名各20000元，11~50名各15000元，51~150名各10000元， 151~250名各5000元，251~300名各4000元。1~20名另获奖杯各一樽。 2. Final race: the first 300 will be enrolled within the valid date, 100,000 Yuan prize for champion, 60,000 Yuan for the runner-up, 40,000 Yuan for the third place, 20,000 Yuan for 4-10 place each, 15,000 Yuan for 11-50 place each, 10,000 Yuan for 51-150 place each, 5,000 Yuan for 151-250 place each, 4,000 Yuan for 251-300 place each. For the first 20 winners shall be issued a cup. 3、团体赛： （1） 个人或鸽舍送满10羽以上方可参加团体赛，每10羽为一组，每组从决赛获奖羽数多者列前，如获奖羽数相同，则按第一羽名次高者列前。 （2） 录取前20名：冠军30000元，亚军20000元，季军10000元，第四~十名各6000元，11~20名各3000元。1~10名另获奖杯一樽。 3. Team race: (1) Individual or pigeonry can participate in team race with more than 10 pigeons, every 10 pigeons make up of a team. The team with more homing pigeons shall be ranked ahead, as for two teams with the same number of pigeons, the first homing one shall be ranked ahead. (2) The first 20 ones shall be enrolled: 30,000 Yuan prize for champion, 20,000 Yuan for the runner-up, 10,000 Yuan for the third place, 6,000 Yuan for 4-10 place each, 3,000 Yuan for 11-20 place each. For the first 10 winners shall be issued a cup. 4、综合鸽王奖：预、决赛必须均获100名以内方可获奖，两次成绩相加，分速高者列前，录取前3名，冠军15000元，亚军10000元，季军8000名。1~3名另获奖杯一樽。 4. Comprehensive pigeon king prize: the pigeons within 100 rankings both in preliminary and final race can participate in this race, the grades of two performance shall be added, and the higher is the winner, the first three ones shall be enrolled, 15,000 Yuan Prize for champion, 10,000 Yuan for the runner-up, 8,000 Yuan for the third place. For the first 3 winners shall be issued a cup. 5、指定鸽赛：决赛前将在网站及时通知。 5. The ownership of winning pigeons 1、获奖鸽前300名、境外归巢鸽均参加拍卖。拍卖60%归鸽主，30%归公棚，10%为拍卖费等行政开支。为了对拍卖主负责，获奖鸽鸽主在决赛后拍卖前五天必须送交或寄送血统书到公棚，没有血统书者奖金不发，属弃权处理。 1. The first 300 winning pigeons and foreign homing pigeons must be auctioned. Proceeds from the auction will be distributed on the following basis: 60% to the original owner, i.e. the person who registered the pigeon, 30% to the loft, and 10% to operation fees. In order to be responsible for the auctioneer, the owner of the winning pigeons shall submit or send the blood certificate to the loft 5 days before the auction; no prize will be issued without the certificate, and regarded as abdication. 2、未获奖的归巢鸽，决赛后20天内，凭参赛卡每羽交100元领回，逾期由本公棚处理。 2. For the failing homing pigeons, the owner can take them back at the cost of 100 Yuan by the participation card within 20 days after the final race. The pigeons will be processed by our loft if you exceed the time loft. 七、赛鸽的管理： Ⅶ. Management of pigeon race 1、幼鸽进棚前接种疫苗，已接种疫苗的鸽主交鸽时请说明。 1. Before entering the loft, the young pigeons shall be vaccinated by us, fanciers must state at the time of delivery if pigeons have been vaccinated. 2、清棚前出现死亡或发现游棚，将及时通知鸽主补送。清棚后训放期间，丢失鸽作自然淘汰处理，本公棚不负任何责任。 2. After checking, dead and losing pigeons will be noticed to the owner and shall be replaced in time. If they are lost in training flight, we consider it spontaneous knock-out and we will not make compensation for it. 3、清棚、训放、预赛、决赛在网站及时公布公棚环号。 3. The loft ring number of checking, training, preliminary and final race shall be publicized on our website in time. 4、因伤、病等不能参加的赛鸽，通知鸽主领回。 4. Pigeons can\'t take part in the race because of injury and illness, etc, the owner will be informed to take them back. 5、由预赛冠军鸽主在所有参赛鸽友中以抽签方式确定为决赛集鸽上笼并随车监放的鸽友代表，本公棚将支付监放鸽友来我公棚的来回车票及监放劳务费，若被抽签确定的监放员因工作等原因走不开，可以书面委托其他鸽友代为监放。 5. The owner of the champion pigeon in the preliminary race shall draw lots to determine the representative who will collect the pigeons to the basket and supervise the flight on the bus. Our loft will pay the round trip ticket to our loft and the labor cost of the supervision fanciers, if the determined fanciers are unavailable for the sake of work, they can entrust other fanciers to supervise flying in a written form. 6、严格执行公棚卫生守则和管理规定。 6. The sanitation regulations and management rules of the loft shall be implemented in a strict way. 7、个人收入所得税自理。 7. The individual income tax shall be dealt with by fanciers themselves. 八、其它： Ⅷ.
